Our parties are the BEST!

You get a party host, a FREE DG T-shirt for the birthday child, 1 hour of total FUN in the gym-games, contests, trampoline, rope swing, parachute, obstacle course and 10,000 sq. feet of FUN! (FULLY air-conditioned facility)

The party lasts for 1 ¾ hrs. 1 hour in the gym and 45 minutes in the party room.  Each party will be supervised and instructed by our experienced staff at a set child/teacher ratio appropriate to the age group. The maximum number of party guests is 30. Our packages are priced for parties up to 20 children. There is a charge of $10 per child up to 30. A parent of the birthday child MUST stay for the entire party. If a sibling is to attend, each counts as a guest. for insurance reasons, adult guests are not allowed on the equipment, including trampolines, pit and the the rope swing.

Blue Ribbon Package

Standard Party where you can bring your own paper products or we supply standard white paper products.

Gold Medal Package

12 kids $180 20 kids $210

Includes pizza, juice boxes, and colored paper products.

Olympic Package

12 kids $210 20 kids $240

Includes pizza, juice boxes, colored paper products and goodie bags

A $25 non-refundable deposit along with a completed information sheet needs to be turned into the office when your registration is made. (A $35 inconvenience fee will be charged is the date is booked within 7 days of your party). Please make all checks payable to Downriver Gymnastics.

We cannot hold requested time slots without your deposit and information sheet. The balance of payment is due 24 hrs. prior to the party, or a $25 late fee will be added to your balance.

*New Birthday Party pricing will be effective June 17th! All packages will increase $25. Any party booked on June 17th or after will pay the new party price.

Helpful Hints

Please do not bring excessive amounts of food or drinks. The children will be excited about the party and not usually hungry. All children should dress in warm-ups or loose clothing. No zippers or buckles!

No Jewelry, Gum or Candy!!! Alcohol is prohibited at Downriver Gymnastics.

Children must stay off the gym equipment during eating and gift opening.

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the party! (An extra fee of $50 will be charged if the party goes over the allotted time).

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party a Downriver Gymnastics.

All party balances must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your party, or a $25 late fee will be added to your balance.
