Tumbling Basics
For the young athlete who just want to work floor skills. This is our introductory level tumbling class. In this class, the student focuses on the fundamentals of tumbling. Students are developing a solid understanding of skills and learning basic movements. Focusing on forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, and back bends, this class is station based for proper progression teaching.

Cheer Basics
For the young athlete who just want to learn a little bit more about the world of cheerleading. This class will focus on cheer basics including tumbling basics, jumps, flexibility, and arm movements. They will move around the gym using the trampolines, beams, and floor to work on perfecting their cheer moves.
8+ years

Tumbling Basics & Back Walkover
This is our introductory level tumbling class. In this class, the student focuses on the fundamentals of tumbling. Students are developing a solid understanding of skills and learning basic movements. We start with forward rolls and work our way through handstands, cartwheels, round offs, back bends, kickovers, through to the back walkovers. To advance from this class, a student must be able to do a proper round off and a full back walkover.

Back Handspring
To advance to this class, a student must be able to do a proper round off and a full back walkover. In Level 2, we focus on drills and progressions to learn proper form on a back handspring. We focus on standing back handsprings, then connections such as round off back handsprings and multiple back handsprings.

Connected Back Handsprings
To advance to this class, a student must be able to do a proper back handspring. Level 3 then focuses on roundoff back handspring, and 2 connected back handsprings in a row.
We use proper drills, trampoline advancement, and equipment to teach our connected skills, so the athlete can progress through using their own body awareness instead of simply being spotted through skills.
8+ years

Back Tucks & Beyond
To advance to this class, a student must be able to do a proper roundoff back handspring, and 2 connected back handsprings in a row. Level 4 then focuses on standing back tucks and connections such as round off back handspring back tucks, back handspring back tucks, and beyond. We use proper drills, trampoline advancement, and equipment to teach our back tucks, so the athlete can progress through using their own body awareness instead of simply being spotted through skills.
For extra help on your tumbling skills, we offer tumbling clinics and drop-in. These are a great way to get more practice on your skills.
