Ninja & Parkour

So what is the difference?

Ninja is designed to work with strength, speed, and control on challenging obstacle courses using the ninja warrior equipment. Think of American Ninja Warrior!

Parkour is the art of freestyle movement. These athletes are running, vaulting and flipping from obstacle to obstacle with flare and creativity. Think of a stuntman!
