JUMP into the world of Gymnastics! This program is for our smallest athletes, walking age – 5 years old. Jumpstart gives students a head start on building coordination, socialization, and of course, gymnastics!
Welcome to the fun side of gymnastics! From the beginners to the advanced, our Instructional program is for any girls 6 and up. In this program, athletes learn skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor, getting a full, well-rounded gymnastics class.
Getting ready for a career in cheer? Want to improve your floor skills? Our tumbling and cheer program features the best instruction for the skills on the floor! We also offer cheerleading squad training, where we train from beginner teams to STATE CHAMPS!
A blend of martial arts, gymnastics, and free running; parkour is a sport that teaches athletes to move through ones environment using running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, and rolling. DG is home to Downriver’s only Ninja Warrior Course! Come train like the athletes on the show.
Looking for Gymnastics for Boys? This program contains Instructional classes as well as a competitive gymnastics team exclusively for boys! We offer levels 3 and up competitive, as well as beginner and advanced instructional classes.
This program is for gymnasts showing exceptional performance in the gym on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. It will provide advanced skill, strength, and technique training to further develop the style and presentation necessary to compete in the future.
All USAG Developmental Program & Xcel Levels.
Once staff feels athletes are ready, gymnasts may be invited to our competitive team after evaluations.
A gymnastics class designed to focus on gross motor skills & physical play adapted for our friends of all ability levels with special needs.
This class will utilize silks and lyra suspended from the ceiling on which students will hang and perform aerial acrobatics using upper body and core strength by positioning your body into and out of different tricks and poses.
